Breakfast

Want to enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast before visiting the city or going to work ? We offer a delicious breakfast served by an independent provider, Lloyd Coffee Eatery.

Weekday service from 07:00 to 10:00.

Service on weekends and holidays from 07:00 to 11:00.

The breakfast is offered to children from 11 years old on and adults for 15€.

Children's formula (from 6 to 11 years old included) at 8€.

Breakfast is free of charge for children under 6 years old.

Reception

Check-in : You can access your room from 3pm.
Early Check-in : Where possible, our team will be happy to give you access to your room before 3pm. If you wish to guarantee access to your room from 8am, you will be required to pay an extra 35€ when booking
Check-out : On the day of your departure, you are asked to vacate your room by 11am at the latest.
Late Check-out : Where possible, our team will be happy to let you enjoy your room until 2pm on the day of your departure. To enjoy this service, you will be required to pay an extra 35€ when booking.
Opening hours : Our team of receptionists are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will therefore be able to check-in at a time that suits you, and come and go from the hotel as you please.
Extra bed: We can add an extra bed in your room for 50€ per night, from 4 years old on.
Children: For children under the age of 4, free baby cots are available upon request.

Sanitary cleaning

For ecological reasons, we have decided to lessen our environmental impact.

Therefore, your room will be cleaned every two days.

However, please do not hesitate to contact our reception desk for new bath linen.

Remember your best friend

Pets under 10 kg are welcomed in the hotel premises. A cost of 25€ per stay will be required.

Public parking

The public car park "Interparking Grand-Place" open 24 hours a day, is located 2 minutes from our hotel, at the Carrefour de l'Europe, next to the Central Station. (Rue du Marché Aux Herbes 104, 1000 Bruxelles)

Security

All our establishments are under video surveillance in public areas and hotel corridors.

All rooms are equipped with individual safes. The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss or disappearance of valuables not placed in the safe.

Luggage storage

Our luggage storage area is at your disposal free of charge, for those of you who arrive before 3pm as well as for those who wish to stroll around town for a few hours without your luggage after having checked-out.
