Elegant galleries dedicated to strolling, entertainment, good food and shopping.

At the Liberation, many foreign soldiers, Americans, Australians, Russians, Canadians, English, came to buy their pipes...
What would our Belgian surrealist artist René Magritte (1898-1967) would think ?
What about you?
This painting is entitled "La trahison des images".
Is it not an incentive to become aware of representations and a reflection on the meanings of words and the meaning of images?
An image is never the object "in itself" but a representation subject to interpretation.
If you want to know more, go to the MUSÉE MAGRITTE, a stone's throw from Alma Grand Place and Aris Grand Place hotels.
The Magritte Museum (created in 2009) will be exceptionally closed between Tuesday 14 and Thursday 30 March 2023.

Maison Longchamp is still owned and operated by the family.
The brand officially launched its leather goods business in 1955.
In 1978, pipes made a final appearance in their catalog.
Iconic bags like :
- « Le Pliage », a must-have.
Created in 1993 and designed by Philippe Cassegrain (son of the founderr Jean Cassegrain), revolutionary concept.
Its design has evolved in terms of proportions, ears, cuffs, flap, without losing its soul.
Jean Cassegrain had thought of putting a mill to justify his name ("casse grain") ... but his cousin who sold "Mobylette" (=moped) had already used it.
As he passed every day in front of the mill of the Longchamp racetrack, he was inspired by it.
Pliage: the world's best-selling bag
Shaped like a trapezium, it can be folded and unfolded as often as you like.
A "must have". In 2019, the My Pliage Signature bag is made from recycled bottles.
- « The Roseau », and its bamboo clasp, inspired by duffle-coat buttons.
Another best-seller of the brand (created in 1992).
80% of Longchamp products are made in France.
French "know-how" at a gallop.
One cannot help but think of the name of the famous « Hippodrome de Longchamp » which vibrates to the rhythm of the gallop. Racetrack located in the southwest of the Bois de Boulogne in Paris.
Longchamp has a prominent place in New York Fashion Week.

Belgian brand (founded in Antwerp in 2016) of handbags, by women and for active and fashion conscious women ( synonymous with luxury and functionality).
Founders : Helga Meersmans et Ine Verhae
Did you know that on average, women spend more than 80 days in their lives looking for their belongings in their handbag?
"Show me the contents of your purse and I'll tell you who you are"... pretty debatable precept, right?
Minimalist design with cleverly designed interior compartments to protect their smartphone, laptop or iPad, charger, keys, pen, makeup, jewelry, glasses, snacks, lipstick and all their little secrets.... (But which ones?)
At Kaai : aesthetic and functional handbag.
For the name, the two budding designers were inspired by the Antwerp docks, a place where people are traditionally always on the go.
If you come to Antwerp (in Dutch, Antwerpen), don't hesitate to take a walk on these quays and contemplate among other things the building of the Museum aan de Stroom (Museum on the river), known as the "MAS" (collections of ethnographic and maritime museums), a striking model of contemporary architecture.
Spectacular view from the upper floors.

Address : Galerie du Roi 10, 1000 Bruxelles
Phone : 0478 47 64 41
Every day from 11H00-19H00
Her silk squares, scarves, bandanas, ponchos, tunics, clutches and masks...
The Belgian designer and illustrator Roseline d'Oreye has traveled the world and various universes, such as books and teaching.
Plastic artist with multiple facets.
The artist develops collections based on poems (notably by Rainer-Maria Rilke, - Austro-Hungarian writer, 1675-1926), tales & legends, themes that she reinterprets or her own Muses...
Poetry at the neck.
Roseline expresses in her silk squares both her talent as an illustrator and as a storyteller.
Why the square? Because it refers to stability.
We fold our squares in rectangle or triangle, we position them around the neck. And in summer, the square becomes a scarf, tied under the neck, for a bohemian chic look or...
Crazy elegance.
And you, how will you appropriate her silk square?
Isn't it important to be in agreement with yourself?
Let us remain like Roseline d'Oreye, amazed by the diversity of life.
"A destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.
- Henry Miller (1891-1980, American novelist)
To summarize the "Meaning of her life", she simply says: "To create Beauty inside and out".
Doesn't creating mean revealing yourself?
